Everyone active in your business: owner, managers and staff, invites included. You choose how many users to pay for: at least the plan's minimum and everyone in your team, up to 1,000 (contact us for more).
If you chose a plan during the trial, it starts then and that's the first charge. If not, you move to Free.
You get 14 days to upgrade or choose the 10 people who stay. Nothing is deleted.
By card, or UPI AutoPay in India, through Razorpay. You pay on the web app, not in the phone app. Indian businesses get GST invoices.
Move up to a bigger plan or to yearly at any time. Adding users: on a monthly plan each added user is charged for one month straight away; on a yearly plan, the yearly price for the part of the year that's left, by the day (never more than a full year). Fewer users apply from the next renewal and must be set at least 7 days before it. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
