From clock-ins to payroll.
No spreadsheets, no adding up.
- 1Clock-ins fill the week
Each person’s timesheet shows every day’s clock-in and clock-out, and their regular and overtime hours.
- 2Fix what’s wrong
Change a time and give a reason. Every change is kept with who made it and why.
- 3Approve and export
Approve the week to lock it, then export the hours as a CSV file for payroll.
Hours you can trust.
Overtime that matches the law
Start from the US rule (over 40 hours a week) or India’s (over 9 hours a day or 48 a week), and change it in Settings.
Every change has a reason
Fixed times show who changed them and why, so there are no surprises at payday.
Approve and lock
An approved week is locked, so hours can’t change after you’ve paid them.
Staff see their own hours
Everyone can see their own timesheet in the app. Only owners and managers can change it.
Flagged times stand out
Clock-ins outside the geofence and automatic clock-outs are marked, so you check them first.
CSV export for payroll
Export a week’s hours as a CSV file that payroll software and spreadsheets can open.
Can staff change their own hours?
No. Staff see their timesheet read-only and ask a manager to fix a time. Managers can fix their own; the change is recorded with a reason.
Which payroll software does the export work with?
Any that imports CSV, and any spreadsheet. Direct connections to payroll software aren’t available yet.
How is overtime worked out?
From the rules in Settings: hours a week, hours a day, or both. New US businesses start at 40 a week, Indian businesses at 9 a day and 48 a week.
Which plan includes timesheets?
Starter and Pro. The CSV export for payroll is on Pro.
Everything else in the app.
