Flagged clock-in review
Staff can add a note to a flagged clock-in. A manager approves or rejects it, and the person is told.
Forgotten clock-outs
If someone forgets to clock out, the shift closes on its own 4 hours after it was due to end, flagged for review.
Not clocked in yet
If someone hasn’t clocked in 15 minutes after their shift starts, they and their managers are told.
No tracking all day
Location is read only at the moment someone clocks in or out, never in the background.
Managers can’t approve themselves
A manager’s own flagged clock-in goes to the owner.
